Common questions.

How do I uninstall the Shopify app?+
Open your Shopify admin, go to Settings → Apps and sales channels, find Noema in the list, and click Uninstall. We will revoke all access and queue your store data for deletion. To request immediate deletion, email info@getnoema.ai.
How do I delete my account and all data?+
Email info@getnoema.ai from the address on file and we will permanently delete your account and associated data within 30 days. We will confirm deletion by email.
How do I cancel beta access?+
Just stop using the Services — there's nothing to cancel during beta. Uninstalling from Shopify removes our access. To also have us delete your data, see the question above.
Why is my product showing a low score?+
The score reflects how clearly AI assistants can parse the page for the buyer-intent queries we tested. The dashboard includes a fix list ranked by impact. If a specific score looks wrong, email info@getnoema.ai with the product URL and we'll investigate.
The mobile app isn't available in my country.+
During launch we roll out the iOS and Android apps to select regions first. Email us your country and we'll add it to the rollout list.
